Serbian Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Inspects E763 Highway Project
On 14 July, Tomislav Momirovic, Minister of Transport, Construction and Infrastructure of Serbia, inspected the project of the Preljina-Pojega Section of the E763 Highway. Zhang Xiaoyuan, Deputy General Manager of CRBC and General Manager of Central and Eastern Europe Regional Center, accompanied him.
From the starting point, Preljina, Momirovic visited the subgrade and structure construction sites in turn along the main line. He said that in order to ensure the full-speed progress of the project site work, CCCC and CRBC had poured into a large number of earthwork transport equipment to ensure efficient roadbed construction. He was very satisfied with the scene of construction in full swing and appreciated the professionalism and dedication of the construction team. Momirovic stressed in the interview that the completion of the E763 Highway in the Preljina-Pojega Section will greatly ease the traffic pressure in Chachak City and stimulate the rapid growth of the local economy.
At the communication meeting, Zhang Xiaoyuan said that the Company will overcome all difficulties and increase investment to ensure that the Project is open to traffic on time and can contribute to the people's livelihood and economic development of local area.
Located in the southwest of Serbia, the Preljina-Pojega Section of the E763 Highway is designed as a two-way four-lane highway with a main line of about 30.2 kilometers, including 3 tunnels, 35 bridges and 3 interchange overpasses. The maximum design speed is 120 km/h.
